Terms & Conditions
1. License Types
Individual Pro License – Available for individuals for personal or freelancing purposes with a machine locked license. Not applicable for company use.
Corporate Essential and Enterprise Elite Licenses – Designed for commercial use by companies. Corporate Essential uses a machine locked license. Enterprise Elite includes licensee name embedded in the tools and allows usage on unlimited machines within the licensed company.
2. License Activation And Delivery
Individual Pro and Corporate Essential licenses are activated online within one business hour after successful payment.
Corporate Essential offline licenses can be requested for machines without internet access. Individual Pro licenses are not eligible for offline activation.
Enterprise Elite packages are delivered with the license included.
3. License Transfer To New Machine
Unlimited transfers are allowed for online licenses when changing machines for the same user or company.
Offline licenses allow up to two transfers for 1-year licenses. Transfers are not available for 3-month offline licenses.
4. Modifications and Support
Tool modifications may incur additional charges. Technical support is provided free upon request.
5. Updates and Additional Tools
Free updates are provided for all tools.
New tools released during the active license period may be purchased separately at the full-package discount rate available at that time.
6. Pricing and Offers
Product pricing and offers may change periodically.
7. Content Usage
Downloaded content may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or resold.
8. Unauthorized Use and Transfer
Use of GoSavvy Toolset without a valid license is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Licenses are non-transferable unless written permission is granted by GoSavvy.
9. User Responsibility
Users are advised to maintain backups of their work. Users are solely responsible for any loss of work.
10. Software Ownership and Copyright
The GoSavvy Toolset and all intellectual property rights belong to GoSavvy.
11. License Termination
Licenses may be terminated if these terms are violated. No refunds will be issued upon license termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
GoSavvy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tools.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the GoSavvy Toolset constitutes acceptance of these terms.
14. Termination of Product
GoSavvy reserves the right to discontinue the GoSavvy Toolset or any part thereof.
These terms may be updated periodically.
Refund Policy
Technical support is provided after purchase to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
If a purchased product has technical issues that cannot be resolved, refunds may be issued and will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
No refunds will be issued following license termination.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Customers are encouraged to use the Free Trial before purchasing.

- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or documentation
Refund eligibility is subject to verification of the reported issue and inability to provide a satisfactory resolution.
